A native Rhode Islander, I came to New York in 2014 after a callback for The Book of Mormon convinced me I had a shot in this business. A handful of twists and turns later, I've found myself less in the world of musicals, and more into the world of comedy. After taking some classes at The Barrow Group, a teacher recommended me to Mike Lavoie, the lead producer at Bull Journey Productions, which has lead to me producing a number of incredible comedy specials like Mike Birbiglia's Thank God for Jokes and Hasan Minhaj: Homecoming King. Being around storytellers like that inspired me to start writing my own solo shows, the first of which - Occasionally Employed - was an official selection of United Solo and won its category at MITF. Since then, I've been shifting back towards performing - I'm now repped by Take 3 Talent, and have embarked on a film and tv career -most recently appearing on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt as "Nerd," a role hair and makeup informed me I was "perfect" for, as if I (and everyone who knows me) didn't know.
